We are currently recruiting a Call Center Assistant to join a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Main Responsibilities
- Scheduling pallet collections
- Associated administrative support
- Regular contact with Benelux market clients

Profile we are looking for
- Previous experience in customer service or telephone support
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish
- Intermediate French
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally with us
- Knowledge of Excel

Work Location and Schedule
- Moscavide Lisbon (hybrid work schedule)
- Monday to Friday - 800 AM to 500 PM
